Baseless resolutions??? posted bySalai.Mohamed Mohideen (California)[01 April 2011] IP: 76.*.*.* United States | Comment Reference Number: 3706
I’m not sure whether it is prudent to compare kayalpatnam.com with Aikkiya peravai by considering their nature of roles/social responsibility towards kayal since we all have been witnessing that, the former (KOTW) has done wonderful social activities/awareness (to my knowledge) based on the critical need for the betterment of our society even though they are just a media. I’m not saying this to differentiate but would like to underline ‘more’ to come/expected from the latter.
At the same time, am not saying our Aikkiya peravai did nothing but it is not upto the mark as a united forum of kayal (KUMF). Correct me if am wrong. Also the key point is, who is coming forward when the need comes (say Cancer or DCW pollution issue or Tsunami housing) & continuously rendering their social responsibility towards the society. They (KOTW) are the one who is shining stars and others are just shooting stars which come once in a blue moon to show their existence.
Well, we all don’t know what has happened inside the door. Allah knows the best. Incase if KOTW is telling the truth (based on their responses to our ‘Peravai’s resolutions), it’s very sad to say that our respected elders have stepped down from their status just for the sake of ‘cheap’ retaliation & it will be genuine to come forward to withdraw those resolutions enacted against KOTW.
***பேரவை அரசியலிலும், ஆன்மீகத்திலும் தலையிடக்கூடாது என்பதில் உறுதியாக இருக்கிறது.
Are we really sure about this or there is some gap? Are we not going to get involved, incase if there is a necessity to pitch in to resolve some critical issue which is bundled or standalone.
Just to refresh the memory, Peravai involved/resolved Magdoom palli or Azhar masjid’s issue in the past? More over I hope, our peravai will shut down the door (or thru any smart way) incase if some party candidates who come to our office for seeking KUMF’s support.
I hope our Aikkiya peravai is still having strong representations from each Jamaath. Are they still living up with complete support from all Jamath’s/groups/general public or just one section of the group controlling it?
Whenever we are confusing or imposing our religious differences/ideologies with ‘kayal unity’, I bet we lose since both travels in opposite direction (logically). It will be of great help if our esteemed Aikkya peravai comes with some portal (may be under social organization section in KOTW) where we all can know more (like open window system) about our KUMF’s leadership team with organization model, mission, vision, goals, representatives from each Muhalla, contributions, GBM/EBM plan/frequency, achievements, resolutions and challenges etc which will definitely set as an example for the next generation.
There is no doubt that, we all have high respect towards our Aikkiya peravai which is not only just because of our respected elders have occupied the commanding position but also we’ve strong hope that, our Peravai will continually address the social needs/issues boldly by bringing all kayalites under one roof at all the times.
Last but not least, I think Aikkiya peravai put them into uninvited trouble & forced to answer (??) so many questions which has been raised by the readers regarding their organization model, functioning & achievements. Will they come forward to explain it to the public????
