I have gone through Thakwa's invitation to the members of community living in Bangkok for Eid Gathering, from this web column. Its a welcome thing to celebrate happiest day with our kins on Eid day itself.

But I have a reservation on one aspect of the invitation which calls all Kayalites for 'Dhikr Majlis' which can only be received by a section of Kayalites on ideological ground. This could well be avoided at all cost.

It is my humble request to the leaders of all Kayal Welfare Associations worldwide to understand the sensitivity of ideological adherence as no one is prepared to compromise on it and therefore, the community could only be united on a single agenda that is to take all possible steps to keep the community united.

This objective could only be achieved by not involving sensitive religious as and political matters that might have potential danger to divide us again resulting all efforts to go vain.

Further more if one branch starts such a function as part of our gathering, the other branch will start feel the heat of it by a possible pressure in their country. This will lead to collapse of our unity efforts that aimed at welfare of the poor and the needy of our town.

So, I call upon all the leaders of Kayal welfare Associations to focus on discoursing the members on the welfare activities and cautiously keep away from activities that might divide us again.

Indeed I do have complete confidence on the leadership in Thailand is matured and serious in uniting the community under Thakwa.

Also, please pardon me for coming out publicly with this matter, is not intended to make public but to ring the bell of alarm openly.
