he was such an unmatchable personality that it would be difficult to fill the gap.
since words cannot really express our feelings,at this time.and also there is no doubt that by his death, the"KAYALPATNAM'has lost a brave son.
May Allah give his family the strength to bear the sudden shock.

I attended the funeral of S.K. Mama. I have not seen such a huge crowd in recent past. Yes I have witnessed the similar if not the same crowd at L.K. Mama's funeral two decades ago. What we are seeing in this page is only a fraction of the crowd.
What is wrong in taking picture of Janaza from the front. I would like to know from Bro.Shafeek (Chennai) and Zackariya Labeeb (Vellore) why so?. Is it Unislamic?. If so, kindly quote the Quranic verse(s) and or Authentic Hadeeths which prohibits such act.

9. We lost a personality of our life time !! posted byM.Sajith (DUBAI)[15 January 2011] IP: 195.*.*.* United Arab Emirates | Comment Reference Number: 2290
Indeed we have lost a personality of our life time. Quite a few of us including me can claim that we got the trigger and an example of challenging and reasoning anything, be it ideology or any age old practices, is from this gentleman.
Early days of Jamaa’th activities in Kayal, long before we became organized still lingers my memories. He indeed is an intellectual and mastered the art of explanations and simplifying concepts. He could be called a true “walking encyclopedia” with knowledge and courage to discuss any subject – social, political, religion and the list can go strong and long…
Looking at the crowd on the snaps and Bro.AWS’s description of his final journey, it is very obvious on the impact he had on the society.
The unfortunate bit is, we need to lose someone to realize the greatness in a man. We did have differences in opinion with him as we do with almost every other individual. Alienation and an utter dismissal of personalities because someone doesn’t subscribe to our point of view is a curse, we in kayalpatnam exercise these days.
If there is one lesson we could learn from his loss could be to pay attention to “what is said rather than who is saying”. Listen, then reason and exercise your right to subscribe or dismiss should make us identify such individuals who are still alive and not to regret as they pass away.
While in discussions with kayalites, here in Dubai, another comment was aired. It was about his not so successful personal economics. Personalities and intellectuals of this kind has always been weak in personal economics as their focus is way deviated from this and I believe it’s the responsibility of the society to take care of them.
It’s time; we need to think of creating universities and research centers where these minds are put to work for their best and their economics taken care of by paying for their service. Hope one of the many social organizations in town take this serious, before we send-off couple of more such intellectuals, fill that news with comments and amass in their funerals.
May Allah accept his good deeds, forgive his mistakes and wake him up among those He has accepted in Janna’h. (Insha Allah)
